Gladys and her brother Jean-Claude are sent out by their grandmother to rid a construction site of a malevolent spirit. Gladys is annoyed by her brother's unprofessionalism, as she's worried her grandmother will no longer trust the two of them to successfully help the family ghost business. The owner of the site calls the siblings a slur, and Gladys responds that threats cost extra. This leads the owner to leave a bad review with their grandma. When they go back that evening to help the ghost pass on and ride the bus to take him to the next life, Gladys is extra worried they'll mess up. The ghost doesn't show, and instead an angry older woman appears and speaks in a language Gladys barely understands. Gladys chases the old ghost through a night club, making a fool of herself. Eventually, the old woman manages to tell Gladys to dance. Gladys does, and the ghost they're looking for is coughed out of Gladys's body. The bus arrives and takes the ghosts away, leaving Gladys successful in her job.
