An anonymous space explorer is on a shuttle when they are bit by a bug on the ship garden. They decide to go to the infirmary, where, after waiting for a long time, they have a choice between a human nurse and an alien nurse. The human nurse is more incompetent than the alien nurse, but either way, the explorer has their butt amputated and eventually dies.
