In the year 2026, a house in Allendale, California runs itself. Its residents are nowhere to be found, but that doesn’t deter the house from going through the everyday motions: cleaning the floor, reading poems out loud, making breakfast. Unfortunately, a fire starts and destroys the house, despite the house trying as best as it can to quell it. The fire leaves the house stuck in a loop, repeating the time, broken for food.
