An unnamed person, who resembles Donald Trump, is the president of a prominent country. The president ponders the nature of his position, and revels in the extent of his power and success. He admits to himself that he loves to win more than anything.
However, he cannot shake thoughts about art from his mind, so he begins to look into them. In doing so, he reflects on the dictators of the world, since he aspires to become a dictator himself, and remembers that he heard about a common thread between them; they all are failed artists, in one way or another. The president thinks that somehow, to have so much power over the world pales in comparison to the ability to create art. He feels irritated and dissatisfied, and tries to retreat into his successes, but is only met with the fact that he is not an artist. Not only that, but he does not have any creative skill whatsoever.
Due to this, the president, to his chagrin, comes to the conclusion that while he has won everything else, he can never win at art. He resolves to keep that secret to himself, but continues to think that art is more valuable than anything he has ever achieved.
