A woman named Lopez and her friends make a plan to steal money from a local Dominican stash house in East New York. Their plans go horribly wrong. Lopez's friends are shot and killed and she must run away to save her life. After several car chases and several gun fights, Lopez eventually stashes the money and hides in a motor inn. Still, the Dominicans find her there and she must run away again. Eventually she escapes them and returns to pick up her money. After the death of her friends and several innocent people who got caught up in all the crossfire, Lopez must learn to live how to deal with her grief and guilt.
