Somewhere in space, someone prepares for a night out and goes down to a fish market to find many different couples having sex. A loud, siren-like noise disturbs them. Madame Sweetbum, is an extremely beautiful woman, and Mokotux Charlie is a pimp; together, they seem to run a brothel. A man named Joe Sam is known to be extremely violent and has been banned from numerous floating islands. His ancestors worked in secret militias consisting of enslaved people. Since some people believe that race only matters back on Earth, many people hate Joe and would love to kill him because he embraces his blackness and celebrates his race. Joe runs into Mokotux Charlie, who embraces him. In a basement area full of gambling, Joe pulls vials of some substance from his pocket, which attracts the attention of many people.
