Desperate for work, a carpenter in a post-recession suburb begins fixing bank-owned properties around town, but there’s a catch. He’s never met anybody at the bank, and the house have been taken over by ADJECTIVE monsters. It’s his job to kill them and make the houses ready for new families. After a few rough encounters, the carpenter feels ready to quit. Black envelopes that say the addresses to him show up in his mailbox. He drives to his newest assignment, and finds a group of orphans living in the house. Unable to kick them out, he decides to repair a bigger house across the street but the bank is not happy. A woman with forty mouths shows up and bites him. The monsters from the house come up and save him, and so he joins them on their monster errands LIKE WHAT? throughout the night. He continues to fix the mansion, UNTIL one day a new carpenter shows up, he does everything to protect his new friends and home, but the bank is determined to win. AND THEN HOW DOES IT END?
