Camryn drops out of college to join a local band with her highschool crush, Brandon, who is in love with Derek, the frontman of the band. Derek is pretentious and anti-capitalist, and takes them to a haunted house to shoot a music video representing the destruction of industrial America on the household. In the abandoned house they find a jar of baby teeth and a pile of kids' school pictures. Camryn feels unsafe and tries to convince Brandon to leave with her, but he is so in love with Derek that he stays and says the house is a genius place for their music video. Suddenly, Camryn hears laughter that does not belong to either bandmate. Derek and Brandon start saying things in unison about a god in the house being able to take the pain away. Camryn is terrified and promptly plans her exit. She crawls out of a window and runs away, turning back once to see Derek and Brandon at the window with open mouths and a dark form behind them.
