Arna Bontemps Hemenway is an American writer. He is the author of Elegy on Kinderklavier, published by Sarabande Books, and his pieces have appeared in Ecotone, The Atlantic, A Public Space, and other publications. An alum of the Iowa Writers' Workshop, his work has been supported by Bread Loaf, the Sewanee Writers' Conference, and the Truman Capote Literary Trust. He is currently an Associate Professor of English in Creative Writing at Baylor University.
