A girl addresses her previous lover whom she calls "Lost Boy." She speaks about him as if he is a vampire who "stole blood from the nape of [her] neck." He had kept her away from the outdoors and kept her to himself in the dark of the night. He has conquered her body and stained her, leaving her without purity much like a slain carcass. The girl feels ashamed and admits that she lives alone in a tortured hell while she thirsts for blood too. Moreover, she says that she thirsts for love too, just like the lover was when he first came and stole her dignity.
