Mysteriously, refrigerators appear across the country, and dead girls climb out. They march into society and do whatever they want: demand to be cast in films, ride public transportation, attend games. At first, society is confused, but they slowly grow accustomed to the girls, and the initial fanfare dulls into mild acceptance, and even ignoring the girls.
