Plot Summary
Ande is a an aging hitman in the Ohio Italian Mafia. But the "family" has taken a turn for the worse in recent years. When the old boss died and his son, Little Tommy, took over, the family started focuses on drug trafficking instead of gambling and running brothels. Little Tommy also lacks a certain respect for the rules of the trade that his father possessed. Ande senses that he is on the way out with the family; but, he makes no move to leave, even when an FBI agent approaches him, asking him to work as an informant. When Little Tommy askes Ande to take Gaetano out on a hit, and to train him as his replacement, Ande starts to get suspicious. On the car ride out to the place Gaetano tells Ande their target will meet them, Ande reflects on how, years ago, he had to kill his best friend and partner when the boss found out the partner was working as a double agent for another mob. Once they get to their location, Gaetano tries to shoot Ande, but Ande outsmarts him. Ande kills Gaetano and drives off with his car. He debates whether to turn informant for the FBI or kill Little Tommy, but decides his first priority, regardless, is to get something to eat.
