Tansi, a young Native woman and aspiring chef in New York City, attends culinary school and dates her fiance Jeffrey, who gifts her a set of chef knives. However, Tansi is terribly lonely in the white world of culinary school - until she meets a beautiful Native deer-woman at a bar. The two begin an affair. Once Tansi is in love, the deer-woman convinces her to murder and harvest hearts to avenge the deaths of her ancestors. The two women embark on a killing spree using Tansi's knives, and finally assemble the hearts on the lawn of the National Mall in Washington D.C., after which Tansi is arrested.
