A boy talks about his classmate, who is named John F. Kennedy. Kennedy is a brash, aggressive, and violent classmate who bullies the boy and his best friend. When all three boys have to work on a school project, Kennedy pressures the boy and his best friend to go to his house, where he handcuffs them and whips them.
Kennedy's father catches him and forces him to let the boys go. He promises the boys that Kennedy will be appropriately disciplined. Kennedy is absent from school for a few days, but when he comes back, he asks the boy and his best friend to visit his house again. They refuse.
That evening, Kennedy shoots his father and calls the boy. He asks the boy to help him secure a lawyer. The boy tells his best friend about what Kennedy did, and they cry.
