Plot Summary
Jim and his friends, Harold and William, are driving back from a Halloween party late at night when a car full of nuns passes them. Jim decides to moon them, but when they all flip him off, begins to realize they may not be nuns at all. William drives faster, but the nuns pursue them. One pulls out a gun and shoots Harold to death. Now terrified, William and Jim floor it, but they can't outrun their pursuers, who crash into their car and send them flying. Both watch in horror from a distance as four inhuman creatures climb from their vehicle and open a box, unleashing the folding man - a skeletal monster with backwards joints who begins pursuing them. Although they're both injured from the crash, Jim and William run through the woods, towards the home of an armed farmer. The folding man catches William and flings him about, killing him easily. Terrified, Jim seeks refuge with the farmer, only to see the folding man tear him apart as well. Jim runs through a parking lot, the folding man overturning cars in his pursuit, and onto the highway. He jumps in front of an oncoming truck, only leaping out of the way when the folding man follows him. Shattering when the truck hits it, the monster scatters across the roadway in metallic pieces. Jim lies in a ditch nearby, injured and unable to move. He watches in horror as the car full of not-really-nuns arrives to collect the scattered pieces of their monster and the bodies it collected. They put the pieces in the bag and give it a few stomps, and the folding man emerges anew and intact. The nuns point at Jim and drive away, their vehicle disappearing as the sun rises on a new day.
