Cece, on a cruise around Europe with her college friends, sees a red vest that she wants to buy for her father, but does not have enough money. Cece reflects on her cruise through Europe, and laments the fact that all she and her friends did was drink and go on a "bomb-raid" instead of actually seeing or doing anything worthwhile.
Cece feels guilty, and tries to come up with the money for the red vest so that the trip will not have been a complete waste. She refuses to share champagne with her friends in a final effort to give something to her father, but when her friends react poorly, she becomes incredibly scared to be alone and lets them drink the champagne with her. She tries to return to her fun, carefree self.
