Nawabdin is an electrician who takes bribes and slows electric meters to support his twelve children and wife. He works for an affluent landowner KK Harouni and tends to his tube wells. Nawab acquires a motorcycle. This allows him to expand his deceitful business and he rises in social status so much so that now other people come to him for advice.
Then one night, someone tries to take Nawabdin’s motorcycle at gunpoint. Both the thief and Nawabdin end up getting injured.
At the hospital, the thief begs to be saved but Nawabdin doesn’t want to forgive him. Nawabdin realizes that the thief was forced to steal because of poverty and that this incident is no different from the way Nawabdin steals electricity. The thief dies and Nawab survives.
