Tiff, a young mother with a crippling drug addiction, moves in with her parents after the death-by-overdose of her boyfriend, Don. She has one friend, Some Bitch, and after a dream about Don, Tiff calls Some Bitch to take her to buy drugs. With her young son, Bucky, in tow, Tiff and Some Bitch drive to the ATM then to a nearby dealer. Tiff gets the drugs and heads back to her parents' house. Her parents find her stash which sends Tiff into a spiral for the next few days. They threaten to call CPS on Tiff, but don't. She's too far into withdrawal to do anything but be in pain. After a few days of her parents arguing about her condition, Tiff texts Some Bitch and then a random guy she met through Don. She meets the man at a motel where they have sex and do drugs. She steals extra drugs from him and heads home. When another fight breaks out between Tiff and her mother, Tiff texts Grubber John, an old friend of Don's. Grubber John agrees to help her by giving her work. Grubber John has sex with Tiff, gives her drugs, and Tiff calls Some Bitch to pick her up. When Some Bitch comes, she takes Tiff home. Tiff arrives home and, in a psychotic rage, picks up each of her parents' fish out of the fish tank and kills them in the kitchen sink. She walks upstairs after and hugs Bucky.
