Cross River is home to the hair crisis and a curse on barbers. It seems that Tiny, the first lady barber to open up shop there, is immune to the curse with her magical hands and the cuts she is able to give. But Tiny's good fortunate is not without the challenge of angry protestors, a scorned lover, and a man capable of stripping away her power.
