A person hears a female voice in their head which tells them to look at something, and although they close their eyes, they can still see it. They go to increasingly violent lengths trying to get the voice out of their head, including clawing at their face and cracking their skull, but nothing stops the voice. Even in death, the person still hears the voice telling them to look, and still sees what she tells them to look at.
