President Moffatt has is stationed in the new capital of the United States, DC and most of the world has been overtaken by the Krolp, an evil, technologically advanced race of aliens bent on draining the Earth of it's resources. President Moffatt deals with the day to day of keeping his dying country alive, until a Krolp envoy named Prilk comes into the "Oval Office" (which is really just a regular square shaped office room). Prilk does not ask or demand, he lets Moffatt know that they plan to move on his land because they found silver underneath it. Moffatt resists, seeing as if they mined there, it would destroy the land and make in uninhabitable. Prilk is utterly unconcerned with Moffatt's protests, and gives him a day to let them have it without violence.

Moffatt devises a plan, that failed so badly that the details of it were irrelevant. The United States Army was crushed, and the Krolp took what they wanted. Moffatt and his wife Jessica were forced into exile.
