Wakama sneakily goes through her mother's things to look at a photograph of her father. When her mother comes home, she tries to ask her about her father, and claims that it is for a school assignment. Her mother refuses to answer. Wakama sneaks in to see the photograph again, and twists the knob on the frame, hoping to find more details about her father written on the back of the photograph itself. Instead of opening the frame, turning the knob causes her father to materialize and escape the frame. She is excited at first, but he makes her uncomfortable with his words and then asks her to hug him. Wakama hears her mothers' car and cries out for her, but her father is too fast, and traps her in the photograph using some sort of enchantment. Their driver, Tempest, kills her father at her mother's instructions. Wakama's mother says another incantation that saves Wakama from the frame.
