Short stories by Anna Keesey

Anna Keesey is a graduate of Stanford University and the Iowa Writer’s Workshop. Her work has appeared in a number of journals and anthologies, including Houghton-Mifflin’s Best American Short Stories series.  She is the recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts Creative Writing Fellowship and has held residencies at MacDowell, Bread Loaf, Yaddo, and Provincetown.

Her novel LITTLE CENTURY was published by Farrar, Straus Giroux in 2012, earning a “Discover Great New Writers” award from Barnes and Noble, and the Janet Heidegger Kafka award from the University of Rochester. Keesey currently teaches in the undergraduate creative writing program at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, and at conferences and workshops around the country.
