Mike Meginnis is the author of Fat Man and Little Boy, forthcoming from Black Balloon Publishing October 2014. He operates Uncanny Valley Press with his wife, Tracy Rae Bowling. He was home-schooled all the way through high school. He studied writing at Butler University and New Mexico State University. His fiction has appeared in Best American Short Stories 2012, Unstuck, The Collagist, PANK, Hayden's Ferry Review, and many others. He has never seen the ocean. He loves to get email.
