Min Jin Lee is a Korean American author and journalist. Her short stories have won the Narrative Prize from Narrative Magazine, as well as the Peden Prize for Best Short Story. Her multi-generational novel covering the Korean diaspora, "Pachinko," was a finalist for the National Book Award for Fiction in 2017; she was chosen as guest editor for The Best American Short Stories in 2023.
