Young Black teenagers in an inner city are tagging walls of buildings. They slowly reveal that they died and are tagging the walls as ghosts. If they don't keep tagging them and the paint is cleaned up, they will fade away. Another ghost comes in and tells them that there's a new chemical people are using that cleans up graffiti in an instant. One of the ghosts finds out that the other had killed him on accident. The two fight until everyone leaves. The ghost who was accidentally killed is the only one remaining, and they erase everyone else's tags.
