Sly is an engineered mix between a human and a monkey, with a metal enclosure around his head. He is housed in a zoo, where he sits at his wheel all day and spins clay. One day a group of school children come to visit him and he grows upset. He launches a vase at the glass and writes on the window, horrifying the teacher. The keepers have to punish him so they take his clay away, but one nice zoo-keeper lets him continue to find peave.
