Plot Summary
A young girl cultivates an intimidating demeanor to keep others away. She holds destructive powers that manifest in shocking her classmates and the ability to will misfortune on people near her. In the past, her father tried to leave her, but she wished he would pass away in a fit of anger and he died from a stroke. She currently lives with her mother. She meets some owls on a school trip and feels kinship with them, so she starts visiting them frequently. She also starts to learn more about owls. However, one of the owls gets sick, and she blames her powers for it. When she confides into the owl's caretaker about it, she is advised to try to use her power for good. She does so successfully, and she gains more confidence.
